CSI funded printing of Lottie books about STEM Careers which were read to primary school students and left at the school.
CSI has also funded Lottie Book reading postcards for teachers with QR codes for useful STEM resource web pages. These cards are also be used at STEM events and fairs so increase reacand website access to those interested in STEM.
Additional funding was provided for a pull up banner stand to provide backdrop for assemblies / events.
Project Impact:
The books were used as a tool to speak to young people about range of jobs in STEM. These also covered Gatsby targets by bring real world perspectives for external visitors and linked to maths, science and English curriculum.
During the visit the ambassador used the resources to speak to students about careers, diversity and helping the environment (which has also aided the Primary Voice student numbers).
